Visa Processing for Supporters and Travelling Public Persons requiring visas to enter one or more of the participating Host Countries would only be required to apply for the visa of the first host country even if that country is not their first port of entry. This visa will be recognised by all host and hub countries. Visitors requiring visas for one or more host states would not be required to pay any additional processing/visa fees to travel to any of the other participating host countries for the duration of the Tournament. It was further recommended that due to the current time constraints, persons applying for visas, need to access the websites of the particular country's National Immigration Authority and follow the instructions therein, following which within 5-10 working days, letters of pre-approval would be sent to the applicant by the relevant Immigration Authority. In summary, one fee is applicable and the visa applied at the first (host) port of entry would be recognised by all of the remaining host countries and hub States resulting in no additional visas required or additional fees for the duration of the Tournament.

(It is anticipated that all the necessary approvals will be received prior to the hosting of the Tournament).
This on presentation to the relevant air carrier(s) will indicate that approval has been granted for travel, to the final destination where the visa will be placed in the passport upon arrival at the airport. It should be further noted that air carriers would also have secure access to confirm the authenticity of the letters issued.
